Can you help support the Admission Avoidance Service in Northamptonshire?
We have opportunities for District Nurses, Deputy Sisters/Deputy Charge Nurses and Senior Sister/Charge Nurses

We would love to speak with NMC registered District Nurses, Deputy Sisters/Charge Nurses and Senior Sister/Charge Nurses with previous experience of seeing patients in the community to join this Admission Avoidance team.
In this role you will be providing high quality care and support to patients within their own homes across Northamptonshire.
As you will be travelling to patients homes it it required you have access to your own vehicle.
Experience / Skills:
- Catheter
- Venepuncture
- Wound Care
- Knowledge of using SystmOne
Variety of shifts available Monday to Sunday, including long days.
