As a Hallam Medical Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant we will invest in your training, development, and career progression, allowing you to flourish whilst performing your role.

Below is a few of the responsibilities you will have within our business:

We will help you to:

  • Proactively manage your portfolio of clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within current business lines and help you to create plans to meet your client’s requirements
  • To manage a pool of active & inactive candidates, understand their needs in terms of work requirements and develop a strong working relationships with them all.
  • Resource new candidates to fulfil your increasing business needs, whilst supporting you to understand their skills, experience and work requirements
  • Work with our Recruitment Team to place newly registered Candidates within your client portfolio
  • Work closely with our Compliance Team to identify your Candidates who are in need of document updates and help you to maintain the files of your existing Candidate base.

Who are we looking for?

We currently have two opportunities for Apprentices.

We are looking for a Business Support Administrator – You will work as part of our recruitment team and work with and support our Marketing, Candidate Care and Compliance team with all administrative duties. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy business support team and learn the role.

We are also looking for a Sales Support Administrator – You will work as part of our sales team supporting our Business Development Team and Recruitment Consultants with all administrative duties. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy sales team and have the opportunity to learn about the role.
