What would a Trainee Recruitment Consultant do?
As a Hallam Medical Trainee Recruitment Consultant we will invest in your training, development, and career progression, allowing you to flourish whilst performing your role.
Below are a few of the responsibilities you will have within our business:
We will help you to:
- Proactively manage your portfolio of clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within current business lines and help you to create plans to meet your client’s requirements
- To manage a pool of active & inactive candidates, understand their needs in terms of work requirements and develop a strong working relationships with them all
- Resource new candidates to fulfil your increasing business needs, whilst supporting you to understand their skills, experience and work requirements
- Work with our Recruitment Team to place newly registered Candidates within your client portfolio
- Work closely with our Compliance Team to identify your Candidates who are in need of document updates and help you to maintain the files of your existing Candidate base.
