Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Posted 17 March 2023 by SadieHallam Medical have an exciting new opportunity for Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) to support within a GP Practice providing for Brighton & Hove.
The role within the practice involves seeing patients within the surgery as well as seeing housebound and residential home patients where necessary.
We are looking for ANPs with experience providing acute, chronic, and proactive care in General Practice, and liaising with the Care Home and Frailty Team.
Role details –
- Monday to Friday
- Ad-hoc or block bookings available with an immediate start
- Care Home / Frailty experience
- Non-Medical Prescriber
- EMIS and SystmOne
- Parking available
We are also looking for Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support in this role.
Educational Requirements:
- NMC Registered
Skill Requirements:
- Assessment & Treatment of Minor Illness
- Chronic Diseases
- Prescriber
- Telephone Triage
- Paediatrics
