Clinical Pharmacist (CP)

This role is to help cover 2 Practices in Central/West London Monday to Friday on site with their medication reviews and disease management.
Qualifications/Experience:
- GPhC-registered Pharmacist with strong clinical experience
- Independent Prescriber
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to patient safety and quality improvement
- Primary Care Experience
