Community Nurse (Night Service)
Posted 24 October 2025 by TiaHallam Medical is seeking experienced Community Nurses to join a large healthcare provider in Leicestershire, providing care during night shifts.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a caseload of patients in their own homes.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care aimed at preventing hospital admissions.
- Provide specialist support including palliative care, syringe driver management, wound care, compression bandages, medication administration, insulin administration, and catheterisation.
Requirements:
- NMC registered
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Confident in performing standard community nursing duties
- Minimum of 6 months UK community nursing experience
