Community Nurse (RGN)

We would love to hear from experienced Community Nurses who can deliver dedicated care to patients within their own homes.
We are looking for Community Nurses who can confidently carry out all standard community nursing duties; this includes Palliative Care, Syringe drivers, Wound Care, Compression Bandages, Medication administration, Insulins, and Catheterisation.
This opportunity offers a block booking, the service operates Monday – Sunday 08:15 – 16:45 or 10:45 – 18:45 with the occasional long day offered 08:15 – 18:45.
As you will be driving to patients within their homes, access to your own car is required.
To apply for this role:
- NMC Registered
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident in carry out all standard community nursing duties
- A minimum of 6 months UK Community Nursing experience
