We specialise in recruiting Advanced Practitioners, Urgent Care Practitioners, Community Specialists, and 111 Clinical Advisors. Our focus is on delivering tailored staffing solutions that strengthen our clients’ permanent teams with a reliable, cost-effective temporary workforce, while offering healthcare professionals locum opportunities nationwide.
Our vision is to be the staffing partner of choice for the supply of healthcare professionals within the Primary Care, Urgent Care, Community and 111 sector to both NHS and Private Healthcare Providers.
Founded in 2007 by Clinical Director Alex Munro, Hallam Medical became the only agency that truly understood Advanced Practitioners and how to support the evolving role of Primary and Urgent Care within healthcare settings.
Based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Hallam Medical is situated on the second floor at the Westfield House Building. Previously based at City Gate on St Mary’s Gate, our move to a larger premises enables us to continue to recruit more employees in line with the growth and success of the business, meaning we can continue to support the healthcare market’s needs, by providing experienced locum clinicians to complement our clients’ existing workforce as well as ensuring their patients are seen, treated, and cared for.
We support Primary Care, Urgent Care, Community Care and 111 Pathways Service across the country with the provision of highly skilled Advanced Practitioners, 111 Clinical Advisors and Community specialists.
Our Senior Leadership Team comprise of individuals with extensive Advanced Practice, Clinical and managerial backgrounds across the NHS and commercial organisations.
We are committed to providing the right staffing solutions to complement and enhance our clients’ permanent workforce, as well as meeting their ever-changing locum needs.
