On Wednesday, 9th October, Hallam Medical Chief Nurse, Lisa Locker, delivered a presentation at the Queen’s Nursing Institute’s (QNI) annual conference.

The UK Leading event, held virtually over four days, gathered over 450 delegates. Themed ‘Empowering the Community Workforce’, the conference offered community nurses a platform for thought-provoking discussions, sharing insights, and exploring the future of community nursing.

Additionally, Lisa highlighted the collaborative efforts of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the QNI in ensuring that the necessary skills and knowledge for Advanced Practice are regulated and refined.
