Triage Nurse (Band 6)

The role involves front door assessment and streaming of patients attending this service.
We are looking to speak with NMC Registered Band 6 Triage Nurses with face to face triage experience, who can confidently take front door assessment and stream patients to the correct areas of the service.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Hold a NMC Registration
- Triage Experience
- Smartcard
