Advanced Clinical/Nurse Practitioner (ANP/ACP)

We are looking for highly skilled ACPs and/or ANPs with previous experience of working autonomously within a GP environment to support this service in Leeds.
In this role you will confidently see, treat and discharge all patients presenting to the services with Minor Illnesses and Chronic Conditions.
To apply for this role:
- MSc/PGDip
- Paedatrics from birth
- Independent Prescriber
- Primary Care experience
- Hold a NMC or HCPC registration
- Level 7 Paedatrics Module or Level 3 Spotting The Sick Child
