This month  Sales Manager Charlotte Heaton celebrates six years with Hallam Medical!

Charlotte joined the team in July 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant, and quickly joined the AP division to support them in developing new business.

Charlotte was responsible for building up the business in the East and West Midlands areas and was made a Senior Consultant in May 2015. In June 2016 Charlotte set up a new AP team bringing onboard new Graduates and Trainee consultants, to then train them up to be Recruitment Consultants.

Charlotte said: “I currently manage the North and National 111 Divisions of Hallam Medical who were recently was awarded Sales Team of the Year and Growth Team of the Year for 2019. My proudest achievement so far is seeing the consultants who I have trained grow from the roots upwards, now performing as some of our top consultants!”

Did you know: Charlotte lives in North Sheffield with her Husband & Dog Obi and loves to cook when she is not at work she can usually be found in the kitchen cooking up a storm. Not only is Charlotte celebrating six years with us, but she and her husband are also expecting their first baby in December this year!
