Community Nurse (Band 5 RGN)

We would love to hear from experienced Community Nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients within their own homes.
As a Community Nurse, you will:
- Provide nursing care to patients in the community, supporting them to manage their health conditions at home.
- Carry out all standard community nursing duties, including assessment, treatment, and care planning.
- Support service users, families, and carers in managing a wide range of health and nursing needs.
- Manage your caseload effectively, ensuring safe, timely, and person-centred care.
Skills / Experience:
- NMC Registration (Registered Nurse).
- Minimum of 6 months’ community nursing experience.
- Relevant experience or placements, including the assessment and management of long-term conditions and wound care.
- Ability to work independently, managing your time and caseload effectively.
We have community nursing shifts available in: Stafford, Cannock, Burton, Burntwood, Tamworth and Seisdon. Shift times are 9:00am – 17:00pm (Monday – Friday)
