In this role you will deliver dedicated care to patients within their own homes and confidently carry out all standard community nursing duties.
We have opportunities in the following locations:

Skills/Requirements
- NMC Registered
- Full UK driving license
- A minimum of 6 months UK Community Nursing experience
- Catheterisation
- Insulin and Enoxaparin Administration
- IM & S/C Injections
- Removal of sutures/clips
- Bowel care
- Compression bandaging, pressure Ulcer & Wound Care
- PICC Line Management
- McKinley syringe Driver care
- IV Therapy inc infusion and bolus
