Advanced Clinical/Nurse Practitioner (ACP/ANP)
Posted 07 January 2026 by LiamHallam Medical has an exciting new opportunity for Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) and Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) join an Out of Hours Integrated Urgent Care Service in Gloucestershire.
This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously within a supportive, fast-paced clinical environment while making a real impact on patient care.
As an ACP/ANP you will:
- Provide autonomous assessment and management for patients aged 1 and above
- Utilise independent prescribing as an essential part of your role
- Work within a dynamic, multidisciplinary urgent care team
- Operate independently with access to senior clinical support when required
- Ideally hold a Digital Badge accreditation (desirable but not essential)
We are looking for:
- Fully qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner with a full MSc in Advanced Practice
- Proven experience and confidence in autonomous urgent care practice
- Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills
- Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
