This is a exciting opportunity for a Advanced Clinical Practitioner to develop skills within the GP Surgery in Nottingham. In this this role, you will be seeing and treating patients of all ages presenting with various minor ailments within a GP Practice.
As a advanced practitioner, your role will include:
- Manage the patient journey from initial assessment and diagnosis to treatment and evaluation
- Providing expert, safe clinical care, including assessing and diagnosing patients in general practice.
- Work closely with the team to deliver patient care, adhere to procedures, and lead nursing services.
Skills Required:
- 10 minute slots with a 10 minute catch up every 5 appointments
- Able to see and treat patients of all ages
- Minor Illness/Injury Trained
- Level 7 Modules
Client Requirements:
- Independent Prescriber
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- HCPC or NMC registration
This opportunity offers:
- The hours: 09:00 till 18:00 (flexible with the start time)
