General Practitioner (GP)
Posted 16 July 2026 by UrsulaHallam Medical has locum opportunities for General Practitioners to support our client’s Out of Hours services, General Practices, and Primary Care Streaming services in Liverpool.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care across a diverse range of clinical settings, managing patients from infancy through to adolescence and adulthood.
You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing a broad range of acute and chronic presentations, providing expert clinical decision-making and ensuring patients receive appropriate care pathways and onward support where required.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a varied primary care environment, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and accessible healthcare services.
This opportunity is outside of IR35 with a variety of shift patterns available across all sites and services, and option to block book shifts.
Client Requirements:
- GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Included on the NHS Performers List
- Demonstrable urgent care experience, ideally within an IUC, OOH, UTC, or similar environment
- Confident in assessing and managing a broad range of acute presentations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
