This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Staff Nurse to develop specialist skills within the district nursing service in Buckinghamshire.
As a community nurse, your role will include:
- Evaluate patient physical and emotional needs, delivering evidence-based care to improve health outcomes.
- Handle a personal caseload, providing and assessing care for varied conditions and managing tasks assigned by case managers.
- Help manage referrals to ensure patients see the right team member.
- Help write care instructions and steps for patient care plans
Skills Required:
- Catheterisation – Female, Male and Suprapubic
- Dressing/ Wound Management
- Pressure Ulcer Care
- Venepuncture
Client Requirements:
- NMC Registered
- 6 months Community Nursing experience
- UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
This opportunity offers:
- The hours: 08:00 till 16:00- 4 days a week minimum
- Mileage can be claimed for
