Advanced Practitioner (ANP/ACP)
Posted 14 July 2026 by SheridanHallam Medical has an opportunity for Advanced Practitioners (ANP/ACP) to support a client in Nottinghamshire.
We are looking for dual-skilled ANPs and/or ACPs to join the team with the Home Visiting Service (HVS).
In this role, you will see and treat adult’s 18+ and paediatric patients presenting with minor illness complaints.
This position offers a variety of shift patterns, available 7 days a week.

To Apply
- Hold a NMC or HCPC Registration
- Competent in managing Minor Illness Level 7
- Minimum of a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Practice (Master’s desirable)
- Evidence of autonomous clinical practice in a community setting
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Prescribing
- Competence working within the Integrated Reablement Team (IRT)/Virtual Ward (VW)
