Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Posted 20 July 2026 by NafeesaHallam Medical has opportunities for Advanced Nurse Practitioner to deliver high- quality, patient- centred care in a GP surgery in Nottingham.
In this role you will be conduct patient assessments, diagnose and managing both acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and collaborating with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
We are keen to speak with ANP Prescribers who are confident in conducting face-to-face appointments and who have a background in Primary Care.
In this role, you will:
- Make professional, autonomous decisions for those who are presenting symptoms of illness
- Develop care plans for patients by making sure it is in line with the disease management protocols.
- Take telephone consultations as well as surgery consultations
- Checking and signing repeat prescriptions and helping with queries
Requirements:
- NMC Registration
- Masters in Advanced Clinical Practise
- Primary Care experience/ or previous GP practise
- Can independently prescribe (preferred/ fine if not)
- Confident in autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Comfortable in a face-to-face appointments
