Gemma said:

My nine years at Hallam Medical have been incredibly rewarding, both professionally and personally. I joined the business with a passion for healthcare recruitment and the ambition to make a meaningful difference and throughout my career I’ve been supported to grow, develop, and take on new challenges.

One of the things I’m most proud of is being part of an organisation that is committed to supporting the wider healthcare community, not just through workforce solutions, but through meaningful partnerships. Hallam Medicals collaborations with the Urgent Health UK (UHUK), The Association of Advanced Practice Educators (AAPE), and the Queen’s Institute of Community Nursing (QICN) reflect our commitment to raising standards, sharing best practice and supporting the ongoing development of healthcare professionals across the UK. These partnerships demonstrate that we’re invested in the future of healthcare, not just the recruitment of today’s workforce.*

As I’ve progressed into leadership, I’ve had the privilege of helping shape our commercial strategy, strengthen relationships with healthcare organisations, and support innovative workforce solutions that help our clients deliver safe, effective patient care. Seeing the positive impact our work has on both clinicians and the services they support continues to inspire me every day.

Looking back over the past nine years, I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved together. Hallam Medical has given me opportunities to develop both professionally and personally, surrounded by passionate colleagues who genuinely care about making a difference. I’m excited to continue building on that success and supporting the evolving needs of healthcare for many years to come.

Congratulations, Gemma, on your nine years at Hallam Medical.

Thank you for your dedication, leadership and commitment to supporting our clients, clinicians and colleagues. Your passion for innovation and improving healthcare workforce solutions has made a lasting impact, and we look forward to celebrating many more milestones with you in the years ahead.
