General Practitioner (GP)
Posted 21 August 2026 by TiaHallam Medical has an new opportunity for General Practitioners to support a Home Visiting Service in Lambeth.
As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing clinical support and liaise with patient’s own GP’s.
GP’s will be expected to visit patients either in their own home with another Nurse to perform the following:
- Initial Assessment
- Full Assessments including taking bloods and administering IV Therapy
- Virtual Ward Round
- Review treatment and discharge plans
Shifts are available Monday – Sunday.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including making referrals to specialists where necessary, and will maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in full compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Client Requirements:
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
- Inclusion on the National Performers List.
- Demonstrable primary care experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a community setting
