Emergency Care Practitioners (ECP)
Posted 10 September 2026 by NafeesaHallam Medical is currently recruiting experienced Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP) to support Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC) in Whitby, North Yorkshire.
We are looking to speak with experienced Emergency Care Practitoners who are competent in assessing and treating minor injuries and illnesses in an Urgent Care setting, and who are confident working independently within the UTC.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working autonomously and managing a range of minor injuries and illnesses in the UTC
- Using advanced assessment, diagnostic and decision- making skills
- Manage day-to-day patient care, covering the full range of urgent medical conditions
Requirements:
- NMC/HCPC Registered
- Independent prescriber or work under PGD
- Minor illness and minor injury qualified
- Previous Experience in Urgent Care
