This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate Mental Health Nurses with community nursing experience to deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes across the Hull area.
As a Mental Health Community Nurse, you will manage a caseload of patients in their own homes.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Delivering care, treatment and recovery support to individuals with mental health in their home or local community
- Administering medicines and making sure the patient is taking their medicines correctly
- Offering practical advice and educating people about their condition
Requirements:
- Previous mental health community experience
- Experience of administering depot medication with local community
- Ordering medication system one training
- Must be able to drive and have own vehicle.
Client Requirements:
- NMC Registered
- 6 months Community Nursing experience
- UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
This opportunity offers:
- The hours: 09:00 till 15:00 5 days a week
- Mileage can be claimed for
