This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses with community nursing experience to deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes across Oxfordshire.
As a Mental Health Community Nurse, you will manage a caseload of patients in their own homes. You will be delivering care, treatment and recovery support to individuals with mental health in their home or local community
Requirements:
- NMC Registered
- Previous mental health community experience
- Experience of administering depot medication with local community
- Ordering medication system one training
- UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
Locations:
- Witney
- Oxford
- Aylesbury
This opportunity offers:
- Full Time Hours
- Shifts Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
