We are keen to speak with Practice Nurses who can confidently deliver a wide range of treatment room services and chronic disease management in a primary care environment.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Chronic Disease Management
- Cervical Smears
- Immunisations
- Annual reviews
- Wound Care
- Emergency Drugs Check
Client Requirements
- Qualified Nurse with valid NMC Registration
- Competency in General Practice Nursing skills
- Experience working in Primary care
- Be able to cover Morning, Afternoon or Evening shifts
