Posted 22 October 2026 by UrsulaHallam Medical are looking for experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) to help with Out Of Hours Acute Home Visitation Service in Blackburn, East Lancashire.
We would love to speak to Advance Clinical Practitioners in the Blackburn area who have experience with Out Of Hours acute visiting service, or have relevant experience to the role.
In this role, you will assess and manage patients presenting with undifferentiated illness, complex needs, and a range of acute and chronic conditions.
You will utilise your advanced clinical assessment and reasoning skills to make diagnoses and prescribe, delivering high-quality patient care in an autonomous setting.
The service operates during the evenings and weekends.
Client Requirements
- NMC or HCPC Registration
- Full Master Degree
- See all ages – Desirable
- Prescribing
- Experience supporting an Acute Visiting Service
