Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Posted 23 October 2026 by UrsulaHallam Medical are looking for experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to support an In-Hours Acute Home Visiting Service in Blackburn.
As an ANP, you will undertake home visits to patients, working autonomously to carry out clinical assessments of acutely unwell patients.
You will deliver acute assessments and care to patients in their own homes, assessing and managing those presenting with undifferentiated illness, complex needs, and a range of acute and chronic conditions.
Role Overview
- Provide consultations within the Acute Visiting Service
- Make differential diagnosis using decision and problem solving skills
- Take responsibility for patients health assessment and physical examination (diagnosis of their condition and its management)
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:30pm.
Client Requirements
- NMC or HCPC Registration
- Full Master Degree
- See all ages – Desirable
- Prescribing
- Experience supporting an Acute Visiting Service
