Community Nurse (Band 5)

What to expect in the role:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes across Gloucestershire.
- Work as part of the Evening and District Nursing Night Service, providing essential overnight care.
- Work alongside a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), who will provide transport throughout the shift.
- Travel across the county to visit patients with a variety of clinical needs.
- Undertake clinical assessments, administer treatments and monitor patients’ conditions.
- Support patients to remain safe, comfortable and well cared for in their own homes.
- Shifts 7 days a week: 22:00 till 08:00
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification
- NMC Registered
- Community Nursing experience
- Wound Care
- Managing Observations
- Catheter Care
