Take a look at a new film made to highlight the important role of Community and District Nursing
A new film highlighting the vital role of the Community Nurse has been launched to encourage more people into Community Nursing.
The film has been produced by our partners the national nursing charity The Queen’s Nursing Institute (QNI) together with Health Education England (HEE) and perfectly demonstrates the expertise, autonomy and level of skill required to work as a Community Nurse.
The nine-minute film compassionately shows Community and District Nurses visiting patients of different ages with a variety of conditions and needs, proving the level of skill those nurses working outside the hospital have.
