Faith joined Hallam Medical in March 2011, bringing a wealth of experience for delivering exceptional recruitment services. Starting as a Managing Consultant, Faith led the sales team, supporting clients across a variety of healthcare sectors. Before joining Hallam Medical, Faith worked in Social Care Recruitment, working with organisations ranging from local, independent agencies to international firms. In April 2023, Faith joined the Senior Leadership Team as a Business Manager. In this role, she leads the Clinical Recruitment Team. Faith’s experience in sales, new business development, resourcing, and compliance has significantly enhanced the candidate experience, enabling improved service delivery.
