Gemma Smith
Business Manager - Business Growth and Development
Gemma Smith moved to Sheffield to study and graduated with a BA in Philosophy in 2005. She began her recruitment career in 2006 and joined Hallam Medical in 2017 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Since then, Gemma’s commitment and vision have driven her through the ranks from Managing Consultant to Sales Manager, and now, a key member of our Senior Leadership Team. As Business Manager, Gemma leads our Business Development. She supports our clients across England, working closely with Primary Care, Urgent Care, Community, and 111 services. Gemma is the key stakeholder for building client relationships with all our prospect clients and has been elemental in our development and the startup of our Digital Health Care division.
