I would like to praise Mia. She is amazing, nothing is too much trouble for her. She always sorts shifts out for me quickly, she replies to emails very fast, she calls me just to check in how my shifts have been that week and to see if I need anything, which is lovely. Being a homeworker can sometimes be lonely and isolating. I really hope Mia stays being the 111 first point of contact for agency staff as she is awesome.
