At Hallam Medical, celebrating our team’s unwavering commitment and showcasing their exceptional dedication isn’t just something we do—it’s who we are.

This year, our 2024 Award Ceremony was hosted at Alton Towers in Stoke-on-Trent. Our award ceremonies are known for being more than just speeches and trophies, and this year was no different. With every award ceremony, Hallam Medical take part in a team building event, with this year’s theme being a treasure hunt around the Alton Towers grounds.

The room itself was transformed into a stunning celebration space, thanks to the creative touch of Cheshire Celebrations. It was an evening where each team member felt truly valued for their dedication to supporting healthcare services nationwide with the provision of Advanced Practitioners, Community Specialists and 111 Clinicians.

Director of People and Organisation, Charlotte Heaton, and Chief Operating Officer, Chris Whawell, took to the stage with a warm welcome and expressed profound gratitude for the team’s remarkable achievements, highlighting significant milestones from the past year that have shaped our journey. Our values are at the heart of everything we do, and by presenting our employees with Values Awards, we emphasise their significance.

This year, however, one moment stood out above the rest. We had the honour of presenting our Founder and Non-Executive Director, Alex Munro, with a Lifetime Achievement Award. It was an emotional tribute as team members shared heartfelt memories and expressed their deepest thanks for Alex’s unwavering support throughout their time at Hallam Medical. The room was filled with pride and admiration, a true testament to Alex.

At Hallam Medical, our passion for providing high-quality healthcare professionals is the heartbeat of our success. Over the past year, this passion translated into extraordinary achievements—supplying 900 clinicians and supporting 400 services across the UK. None of this would be possible without our incredible team, whose dedication ensures that we continue to meet the ever-evolving needs of the healthcare market.

Our 2024 Award Ceremony was more than just a celebration; it was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together as one team. Here’s to another year of excellence, passion, and making a difference!
