Digital Marketing Apprentice Olivia Tingle is interviewed by BBC Radio Sheffield for her new song “Only Teens”
On Tuesday 13th June Hallam Medical’s Digital Marketing Apprentice, Olivia Tingle and her guitarist Jonny, were interviewed by BBC Radio Sheffield for their new song “Only Teens”.
The interview and the new song are due to be played on Friday 16th June 2023 at 20:35pm.
Olivia has been singing since she was 14 years old and started gigging in 2021 and goes by the name “Olivia Tingle Music”.
Olivia and her guitarist Jonny originally started off as an acoustic duo and at the end of 2022, transitioned into a band whose official name is HoneyLine.
Olivia attends gigs across England with her brother and friends who are the bassist, guitarist, and drummer.
In her 18 months of gigging, Olivia and her band have performed in Sheffield venues including Washington, Sidney and Matilda as well as playing at Barnsley live and various venues across Leeds and Manchester.
Olivia and her guitarist Jonny have recently supported ‘Arctic Numpties’ in Leeds, who are an Arctic Monkeys tribute band where she sang in front of an audience of 150 people.
We asked Olivia who inspires her the most.
“My inspirations are singers and bands such as Fleetwood Mac, Paramore, Arctic Monkeys and Ariana Grande.”
