Hallam Medical Advanced Practitioner, Irene, received a five-star review from our client for demonstrating their Care value.

Irene, who works for one of our East Midlands clients, received outstanding feedback from a patient who visited the Out of Hours service with their dad.

The feedback said that Irene’s manner was delightful, friendly, and understanding and made her feel relaxed and comfortable.

The patient said,

“My dad was attended to by Irene as part of out of hours service. Her manner was delightful, she was friendly and understanding and made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. It was such a positive experience, thank you so much. The paramedics (who were also amazing) asked for a follow up doctor visit. Irene assessed Dad and diagnosed an infection and gave him antibiotics. As a result, he is so much better.”

Irene, who lives in the West Midlands area, joined Hallam Medical as an Advanced Practitioner last year.
