Celebrating the Renewal of Our Partnership: Hallam Medical and the Queen’s Nursing Institute
We are delighted to announce the renewal of our partnership agreement with the community nursing charity The Queen’s Nursing Institute (QNI).
Hallam Medical has worked in partnership with the QNI since 2015 and is proud to, once again, be the Queen’s Nursing Institute’s choice of specialist staffing partner. The QNI is a national, influential charity that campaigns for the best possible nursing care for patients at home and in the community.
The renewal of our partnership not only signifies the strength of our collaboration but enables us to continue to:
- Provide our clients with a forward-thinking, effective, and professional service.
- Support healthcare professionals working in the community and primary care services, in their continuous professional development and training.
As part of this agreement, we will be supporting:
- The QNI’s annual conference – with this year’s conference ‘Empowering the Community Workforce’ taking place take place online from 7th – 10th October. Hallam’s Chief Nurse Lisa Locker will be presenting.
- The Community Nursing Executive Network (CNEN) – The QNI CNEN is a network of chief nurses, directors and deputy directors of nursing, or equivalent roles within provider organisations that work in community healthcare across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Hallam Medical attends the CNEN monthly meetings, providing us the opportunity to listen to influential speakers, learn from others, participate, share and reflect from different experiences.
- The Integrated Care Board (ICB) Chief Nurse Network – ICB is an initiative by The QNI and NHS Confederation to support nurse leadership within integrated care systems. Hallam Medical attends monthly meetings alongside Chief Nurses of Integrated Care Boards. The meetings discuss how ICB Nurses can work in collaboration to achieve the objectives of strong system leadership, integrating care and tackling inequalities in health. The network is chaired by Louise Patten, ICS Strategic Advisor at the NHS Confederation.
