As a Hallam Medical Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Proactively manage your portfolio of clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within current business lines and help you to create plans to meet your client’s requirements.
• Manage a pool of active and inactive candidates, understand their needs in terms of work requirements and develop strong working relationships with them all.
• Resource new candidates to fulfil your increasing business needs, whilst supporting you to understand their skills, experience, and work requirements.
• Work with our Recruitment Team to place newly registered Candidates within your client portfolio.
• Work closely with our Compliance Team to identify your Candidates who require document updates and help you to maintain the files of your existing Candidate base.

We are looking for people who:

• Have a minimum GCSE grade C/5 in English and Maths
• Relevant experience in recruitment, sales or commercial (advantage)
• Experience of working to weekly and monthly KPIs / Targets (advantage)
