111 Clinical Advisor – Homeworking
Posted 15 July 2026 by LucieHallam Medical has remote working opportunities for 111 Clinical Advisors to join the 111 team, supporting patients at their first point of contact when seeking urgent medical advice.
As a 111 Clinical Advisor, you will assess Patient’s condition, provide health information, and guide them to the most appropriate healthcare professional or service. You will ensure patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to their immediate needs.
To be suitable for this position you must hold NHS Pathways training and a minimum of 6 months’ experience working as an NHS 111 clinician using Pathways in a live service. As we are a healthcare recruitment service, we can only place clinicians who already meet these requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 20 hours per week availability
- Minimum 6 months’ experience
- NMC Registered or HCPC Registered
- 3 months of recent audit evidence (PACCS or Pathways)
- Availability for induction
- Pathways evidence (Pathways update certificate or CM1/CM2)
