Are you an experienced NHS 111 Clinical Advisor looking for flexible remote working opportunities?
As a 111 Clinical Advisor, you will be the first point of clinical contact for patients seeking urgent medical advice. Using NHS Pathways, you will assess patients’ needs, provide appropriate clinical advice and ensure they are directed to the most suitable healthcare service.
Role Overview:
- Assess patients presenting with urgent healthcare needs
- Use NHS Pathways to support clinical decision-making
- Provide safe, evidence-based health information and advice
- Direct patients to the most appropriate healthcare professional or service
- Deliver high-quality patient care from a homeworking environment
**Inductions available throughout September, October and November 2026**
Client Requirements (essential):
- NHS Pathways training and experience using Pathways in a live NHS 111 service
- A minimum of 6 months’ NHS 111 clinical experience
- Current NMC registration
- At least 3 months of recent audit evidence (PACCS or Pathways)
- Valid Pathways evidence, such as an update certificate or CM1/CM2
You will need access to:
- A suitable laptop
- Headset
- Smartcard reader
- Dual screens
- A suitable private workspace and reliable internet connection
