We’re looking for Advanced Clinical Practitioners with experience in Structured Medication Reviews and Long-Term Conditions to fill immediate locum roles across Kirklees. This opportunity is to support Care Homes.
Skills/Requirements:
- NMC / HCPC Registered
- V300 Prescriber
- Structured Medication Reviews
- Long-Term Conditions
This opportunity offers:
- Shift patterns between 8 and 12 hours
