General Practitioner (GP)
Posted 25 September 2026 by UrsulaHallam Medical has a fantastic opportunity outside IR35 for experienced General Practitioner (GP) to support an out of hours night service across West Bristol.
We are looking for GPS who can work in a out of hours night service, base appointments, triage and home visiting.
As part of this role you will be assessing patients with undifferentiated illness, complex needs and acute or chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients presenting with urgent primary care needs
- Providing telephone and face-to-face consultations as required
- Undertaking home visits when appropriate
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records
- Working collaboratively with clinical and operational OOH teams
- Ensuring safe clinical decision-making and adherence to local pathways
Requirements
- GMC-registered
- Evidence of recent GP experience
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Previous experience in an OOH or urgent care setting
