Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)
Posted 21 November 2024 by LyndseyHallam Medical has an opportunity for Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support Winter Hub Services across York.
We are looking to speak with NMC/HCPC Registered ACPs to provide high-quality clinical care and carry out consultations to patients (adult and paediatric) presenting to the Winter Hub service with Minor Illness.
For this role our client is looking for Practitioners who have a minimum of two years recent experience working within an Urgent Care, Primary Care, Emergency or Out of Hours setting. You must be able to work autonomously and safely in managing risk, uncertainty and medical complexity.
By supporting the Winter Hub Services you will help ensure patients receive prompt, effective care while supporting GP practices during Winter Pressures.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Able to see paediatrics any age 0-16
- Prescribing
- Clinical skills level 7, adults and paediatric
- Professional registration NMC/HCPC
- Minor Illness
- Basic Life Support
- Safeguarding children and adults’ level 3
