Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)

We are looking for highly skilled ACPs with previous experience of working autonomously within a GP OOH environment to support this service in Eccles.
In this role you will confidently See and Treat patients presenting to the OOH services with Minor Illnesses and Chronic Conditions.
