Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)
Posted 15 November 2024 by LaurenHallam Medical have an exciting opportunity for Advanced Clinical Practitioners to work at a Primary Care Service in Barnsley undertaking home visits and enhanced access clinics.
In this dynamic role you will undertake Home Visits, seeing and treating patients in there own homes and also enhanced access clinics that run on evenings and weekends to enable patients to attend same day appointments.

We are keen to speak with Advanced Clinical Practitioners who are educated to an advanced level of practice and can confidently assess, treat and diagnose patients as well as carry out clinical decision making autonomously.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Hold either a NMC or HCPC registration.
- Primary Care experience
- Masters level education in Advanced Practice
- Postgraduate level qualification and/or RCN Accreditation
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Recognised Prescribing Qualification
- Experience of working autonomously diagnosing and treating patients
