Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)
Posted 05 March 2026 by TiaHallam Medical has opportunities for Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) to support a UTC and Same Day Health Centre in Doncaster.
In this role you will deliver high-quality care through face-to-face consultations in the UTC and Same Day Health Centre. You’ll manage diverse patient presentations, providing expert clinical assessment and treatment in line with patient needs and service protocols.
We are seeking experienced ACPs with advanced clinical knowledge and confidence in managing a wide range of conditions. Applicants must be proficient in: Minor Illness, Telephone triage, Paediatrics and Adults, Long Term Conditions and Interpretation of blood results
Shifts available 7 days a week.
Requirements:
- Hold NMC or HCPC Registration
- Proven experience in acute care, primary care, or OOH settings.
- Exceptional communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- 5 Years Autonomous Experience
- Level 7 Assessment & Diagnosis
- MSc in Advanced Practice
- Prescriber
