Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)
Posted 03 May 2024 by LukeHallam Medical have a fantastic opportunity for Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) to support a private provider of General Practice services in the Liverpool and Merseyside region.
We are looking for MSc-qualified ACPs with previous experience across Primary Care and General Practice to help across 12 Surgeries in the area. There is a need both Monday to Friday for GP Surgery sessions, as well as Evenings & Weekends as part of the Out of Hours / Extended Access Service.
Role Details –
- Full HCPC Registration
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice required
- Experience in;
- Out of Hours / Urgent / Primary Care
- General Practice
- Walk-in Centre
- A&E
- Face-to-face, telephone triage, visits as required
- Remote Consultations / Assessments
- Adastra / EMIS experience
Please note we are also looking to speak with Advanced Nurse Practitioners (NMC) and Nurse Practitioners to support with this role.
