Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Posted 27 March 2025 by UrsulaHallam Medical has an opportunity for Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to support a Telephone Triage service in Nottingham.
In this role you will be conducting clinical assessments over the phone to identify patient needs and provide appropriate advice or interventions. You will be signposting patients to the most suitable care pathways or services.
We are keen to speak with ANPs who hold a NMC registration, have proven experience in telephone triage or similar clinical roles and have strong decision-making and communication skills. In this role, you may be required to conduct face-to-face assessments based on client requirements.
Requirements/Experience:
- Telephone Triage Experience
- NMC Registered
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
- 6 months experience of acute care setting
- Proficient on Adastra and SystmOne
