Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

Are you an ANP with experience in Primary Care? Do you have experience on Home Visiting Services or Extended Access? We have a range of shifts across a GP Federation in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
We are also looking for Advanced Clinical Practitioners for this opportunity.
Role Details
- Daily Home Visiting Service (7 days a week)
- GP Hub / Extended Access (Evenings and weekends)
- Clinicians will not be expected to see children under 2 years, pregnant women (for pregnancy related issues), or mental health cases
- Prescribing is essential
- Evidence of Level 7 Study (PGCert, PGDip, MSc)
