Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

In this role, you will play a critical part in assessing and categorizing patients based on their clinical needs. Working in collaboration with paramedics and other healthcare professionals, your aim will be to ensure patients receive the appropriate care promptly whether through emergency department referrals, onsite treatment, or other healthcare pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive face-to-face assessments of patients.
- Categorize and prioritize cases efficiently, reducing unnecessary ambulance and emergency department referrals.
- Collaborate with lead clinicians, paramedics, and care teams to discuss and determine patient care pathways.
- Ensure compliance with governance and productivity standards.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Hold a NMC Registration
- Triage Experience
- Smartcard
- Non Medical Prescriber
- PACCS
