Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

As an ANP Prescriber you will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary primary care team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across all age groups presenting to the GP Practice in Petersfield.
You will undertake comprehensive patient assessments including history taking, clinical examination, diagnosis and treatment planning.
Requirements / Skills
- NMC Registration
- Master’s degree in advanced practice or PGDip
- Level 7 Minor Injury and Minor Illness qualification
- Recognised Prescribing Qualification
- Evidence of ongoing Continued Professional Development (CPD)
- Proven experience working autonomously across urgent and/or primary care services
